How to Book a Bay
Everything at 3Woods Golf Sim in Mt Barker is managed through the YourGolfBooking portal and the TrackMan app. Here's how it works from sign-up to first swing.
Sign Up for a Membership
Head to the YourGolfBooking portal and choose the membership tier that suits how often you play — Player Pass, Flex, Birdie, or Eagle. Complete your sign-up online in a few minutes.

Once your membership is activated you'll receive an email confirmation. You can log straight into the YourGolfBooking portal and start booking bays — no extra setup required. The TrackMan app is optional, but worth setting up if you want to track your stats and session data.
Book a Bay
Book directly through the TrackMan app or via the YourGolfBooking website. Select one of the 2 private bays, date, and time — minimum 1 hour, extendable in 30-minute increments. You'll receive a booking confirmation email once it's locked in. Note: the booking page only works with an active membership.

When you arrive, enter the PIN code from your booking confirmation email into the door keypad. You can access the facility up to 15 minutes before your booking starts. No staff on site — everything is self-service.
Start Your Session
Head to your bay. The TrackMan screen will show a lock screen until your designated booking time — then it's all yours. Choose from hundreds of virtual courses or warm up on the practice range. Your session ends automatically at your booked finish time.
